on my way home last night
First of all just want to say Advanced Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! Hope you all have a nice and sweet V-day.
I haven't spoken yet about myself this past few days but last night I decided to post this experience of mine last night while on my way home, as i saw this man with his child sleeping on lap and holding on his hand a receipt of medicine he needs to buy for his son. I walked past the two of them, I couldn't remove the sight of them from my mind, then about 30 steps since I walk past them and noticed that I have some spare change in my pocket, I traced the route back to their place to simply put some money on the plastic cup in front of them, to secretly check the doctor's receipt which medicine is needed for the kid but sadly I didn't saw what's in that paper. I was really curious to see what is written, so i could know what it is. I couldn't remove the picture of them in my mind. I just hope them the best.

growing up
The first day of school our professor introduced himself and challenged us to get to know someone we didn't already know. I stood up to look around when a gentle hand touched my shoulder.
I turned around to find a wrinkled, little old lady beaming up at me with a smile that lit up her entire being.
She said, 'Hi handsome. My name is Rose. I'm eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?'
I laughed and enthusiastically responded, 'Of course you may!' and she gave me a giant squeeze.
'Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?' I asked.
She jokingly replied, 'I'm here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids...'
'No seriously,' I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age.
'I always dreamed of having a college education and now I'm getting one!' she told me.
After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake.
We became instant friends. Every day for the next three months we would leave class together and talk nonstop. I was always mesmerized listening to this 'time machine' as she shared her wisdom and experience with me.
Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easily made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she reveled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up.
At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I'll never forget what she taught us. She was introduced and stepped up to the podium. As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor.
Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, 'I'm sorry I'm so jittery. I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I'll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell you what I know.'
As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, ' We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing.
There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You've got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die.
We have so many people walking around who are dead and don't even know it!
There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up.
If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don't do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight.
Anybody can grow older. That doesn't take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets.
The elderly usually don't have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.'
She concluded her speech by courageously singing 'The Rose.'
She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives. At the year's end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago.
One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep.
Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it's never too late to be all you can possibly be.
When you finish reading this, please send this peaceful word of advice to your friends and family, they'll really enjoy it!
These words have been passed along in loving memory of ROSE.
REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. We make a Living by what we get. We make a Life by what we give.
God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
'Good friends are like stars........
You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.'

STROKE
I read this from a post of my friend on our forum website...thnx KUYA OTEP sa info!!
From Prof Irene Liu, a Chinese Professor.
Keep a syringe or needle in your home to do this...
It's amazing and an unconventional way of recovering from stroke, read it through it can help somebody one day.
This is amazing. Please keep this very handy. Excellent tips.
Do take a minute to read this. You'll never know, ones life may depend on you.
My father was paralysed and later died from the result of a stroke. I wish I knew about this first aid before.
When stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst. (Irene Liu)
When a stroke occurs, stay calm.
No matter where the victim is, do not move him/her.
Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst.
Help the victim to sit up where he/she is to prevent him/her from falling over again and then the blood letting can begin.
If you have in your home an injection syringe that would be the best.
Other wise, a sewing needle or a straight pin will do.
1. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize it and then use it to prick the tip of all ......10 fingers.
2. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about an mm from the fingernail.
3. Prick till blood comes out.
4. If blood does not start to drip, then squeeze with your fingers.
5. When all 10 digits are bleeding, wait a few minutes then the victim will regain consciousness.
6. If the victim's mouth is crooked, then pull on his ears until they are red.
7. Then prick each earlobe twice until two drops of blood comes from each earlobe.
After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness.
Wait till the victim regains his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital.
Otherwise, if he was taken in the ambulance in a hurry to the hospital, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst.
If he could save his life, barely managing to walk, then it is by the grace of his ancestors.
'I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor, Ha Bu Ting, who lives in Su n Juke.
Furthermore, I had practical experience with it. Therefore, I can say this method is 100% effective.
In 1979, I was teaching in Fung Gaap College in Tai Chung.
One afternoon, I was teaching a class when another teacher came running to my cl assroo m and said in panting,
'Ms Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a stroke!'. I immediately went to the 3rd floor.
When I saw our supervisor, Mr. Chen Fu Tien, his colour was off, his speech was slurred, his mouth was crooked - all the symptoms of a stroke.
I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy outside the school to buy a syringe, which I used to prick Mr. Chen's 10 fingers tips.
When all 10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood), after a few minutes, Mr. Chen's > face regained its colour and his eyes' spirit returned, too.
But his mouth was still crooked. So I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood.
When his ears beca me red,
I pricked his right earlobe twice to let out two drops of blood.
When both earlobes had two drops of blood each, a miracle happened.
Within 3-5 minutes the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear.
We let him rest for a whil e and have a cup of hot tea, then we helped him go down the stairs, drove him to Wei Wah Hospital . He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach. Everything worked normally.
There were no ill after effects.
On the other hand, the usual stroke victim usually suffers Irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital.
As a result, these victims never recover.'
Therefore, stroke is the second cause of death. The lucky ones will stay alive but can remain paralysed for life.
It is such a horrible thing to happen in one's life.
If we can all remember this blood letting method and start the life saving process immediately, in a short time, the victim > will be revived and regain 100% normality.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY, YOUR FRIENDS AND OTHER ACQUAINTANCES AFTER READING .
YOU NEVER KNOW YOU COULD BE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING SAVE A LIFE FROM STROKE.

BANANA
A professor at CCNY for a physiological psych class told his class about bananas. He said the expression 'going bananas' is from the effects of bananas on the brain. Read on:
Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!! This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again. Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.
But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.
Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.
PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.
Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.
Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt , making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.
Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.
Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.
Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.
Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.
Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness. ? ? Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.
Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.
Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more li kely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.
Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.
Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a 'cooling' fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.
Smoking &Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. ? ? Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regu- lates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.
Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!
Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape! So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around so maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, 'A banana a day keeps the doctor away!'
PASS IT ON TO YOUR FRIENDS PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe...polish with dry cloth. Amazing fruit

And they TASTE so good. Medicine like this I can take. ?

"18" lessons I learned from Bob Ong
oh baka may mag react diyan dahil "18" ah. Sus!
Bakit? Utang na loob! death
Every one of us is dead by birth.
The end is always there,
before the beginning.
If to live is to become unfamiliar with things,
then the absolute last thing we come to know is the end.
At long last discovering those final moments
and knowing them deeply, is indeed death.
We must not try to become familiar with things
because those who cannot transcend death
must not try to become familiar with anything.

Breakfast at McDonald's
This would be my first post for this year...,
let us all hope for a prosperous new year!!
I just saw this story while surfing the net, just want to share to everyone
Breakfast at McDonald's
This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through
until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting
facts!):
I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed
my college degree.
The last class I had to take was Sociology.
The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish
every human being had been graced with. Her last project of the
term was called, 'Smile.' The class was asked to go out and smile
at three people and document their reactions.
I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say
hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of
cake,literally.
Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son,
and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.
It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.
We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a
sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then
even my husband did.
I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling of panic welled
up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.
As I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and
there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.
As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he
was 'smiling' His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light
as he searched for acceptance. He said, 'Good day' as he counted
the few coins he had been clutching.
The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his
friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the
blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation.
I held my tears as I stood there with them.
The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted. He
said, 'Coffee is all Miss' because that was all they could afford.
(If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to
buy something. He just wanted to be warm). Then I really felt it -
the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the
little man with the blue eyes.
That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me,
judging my every action. I smiled and asked the young lady behind
the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray.
I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had
chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my
hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand. He looked up at me,
with tears in his eyes, and said, 'Thank you.'
I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, 'I did not do this
for you. God is here working through me to give you hope.'
I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When
I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, 'That is why God gave
you to me, Honey, to give me hope..'
We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only
because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.
We are not church goers, but we are believers.
That day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet love. I returned
to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand.
I turned in 'my project' and the instructor read it. Then she
looked up at me and said, 'Can I share this?' I slowly nodded as
she got the attention of the class.
She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings
and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be
healed.
In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald's, my son,the
instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last
night I spent as a college student.
I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:
UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may
read this and learn how to
LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS -
NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

18 ways to trick you body
just saw this in a friendster bulletin by a friend...hehehe
1. If your throat tickles, scratch your ear."When the nerves in the ear are stimulated, it creates a reflex in the throat that can cause a muscle spasm," says Scott Schaffer, M.D., president of an ear, nose, and throat specialty center in Gibbsboro , New Jersey . "This spasm relieves the tickle."
2. Use right ear for conversation and left ear for music."Can't hear what's being said. Researchers at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine say you should lean in with your RIGHT ear, which recognizes speech better.
On the other hand, if you are trying to identify a piece of music, lean in with your LEFT ear. The left ear is better at sensing (recognizing?) music tones"
3. Need to pee but no toilet nearby? Think about sex."Thoughts of sex preoccupy your brain (as well as your peeing apparatus) and relieve the discomfort--so says Larry Lipshultz, M.D., chief of male reproductive medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine. I'm not sure about this one...but I'm willing to try, in the name of science"
4. Cough during injection to reduce pain."This one seems dangerous. German researchers claim that coughing during an injection can reduce the pain of the needle stick. Says Taras Usichenko, author of a study on the phenomenon, coughing causes a sudden, temporary rise in spinal cord pressure. This spinal pressure inhibits the structures that conduct pain. I might try this when I stub a toe, but not when getting stuck with a needle"
5. Clear stuffed nose by thrusting tongue against roof of mouth and pressing finger between the brow."Relieve sinus pressure by alternately thrusting your tongue against the roof of your mouth, then pressing between your eyebrows with one finger. D.O. Lisa DeStefano of Michigan State University college of osteopathic medicine says this causes the vomer bone (which runs through the nasal passages to the mouth) to rock back and forth. After 20 seconds of this motion, you should feel your sinuses begin draining"
6. Avoid night-time heartburn by sleeping on on your LEFT side."Why? The esophagus and stomach connect at an angle. When sleeping on your right, the stomach is higher than the esophagus, enabling food and stomach acid to flow up your throat causing heartburn or acid-reflux. When you're on your left, the stomach is lower than the esophagus and less likely to flow against gravity.
7. Cure your toothache with ice on the hand."Just rub ice on the back of your hand, on the V-shaped webbed area between your thumb and index finger. The nerve pathways at the base of that V stimulate an area of the brain that blocks pain signals from the face and hands.
8. Make burns disappear by applying light pressure."This method brings the burned skin back to a normal temperature, reducing the blistering.
9. Stop alcohol dizziness by putting hand on something stable."Putting your sensitve hand on something stable works better than the putting your less sensitive foot on the ground. Why dizzy after drinking alcohol? Because the part of your ear responsible for balance -- the cupula -- floats in a fluid with the same density as blood. As alcohol dilutes the blood IN the cupula, the cupula becomes less dense than the surrounding liquid and rises. This confuses your brain. Putting your hand on a stable object reduces the confusion, giving your brain a second opinion and helping you feel less dizzy.
10. Unstitch your side!"If you're like most people, when you run, you exhale as your right foot hits the ground. This puts downward pressure on your liver (which lives on your right side), which then tugs at the diaphragm and creates a side stitch, according to The Doctors Book of Home Remedies for Men. The fix: Exhale as your left foot strikes the ground.
12. Make your heart stand still!
Trying to quell first-date jitters? Blow on your thumb. The vagus nerve, which governs heart rate, can be controlled through breathing, says Ben Abo, an emergency medical- services specialist at the University of Pittsburgh . It'll get your heart rate back to normal.
13. Thaw your brain!
Too much Chipwich too fast will freeze the brains of lesser men. As for you, press your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, covering as much as you can. "Since the nerves in the roof of your mouth get extremely cold, your body thinks your brain is freezing, too," says Abo. "In compensating, it overheats, causing an ice-cream headache." The more pressure you apply to the roof of your mouth, the faster your headache will subside.
14. Prevent near-sightedness!
Poor distance vision is rarely caused by genetics, says Anne Barber, O.D., an optometrist in Tacoma , Washington . "It's usually caused by near-point stress." In other words, staring at your computer screen for too long. So flex your way to 20/20 vision. Every few hours during the day, close your eyes, tense your body, take a deep breath, and, after a few seconds, release your breath and muscles at the same time. Tightening and releasing muscles such as the biceps and glutes can trick involuntary muscles -- like the eyes -- into relaxing as well.
15. Wake the dead!
If your hand falls asleep while you're driving or sitting in an odd position, rock your head from side to side. It'll painlessly banish your pins and needles in less than a minute, says Dr. DeStefano. A tingly hand or arm is often the result of compression in the bundle of nerves in your neck; loosening your neck muscles releases the pressure. Compressed nerves lower in the body govern the feet, so don't let your sleeping dogs lie. Stand up and walk around.
16. Impress your friends!
Next time you're at a party, try this trick: Have a person hold one arm straight out to the side, palm down, and instruct him to maintain this position. Then place two fingers on his wrist and push down. He'll resist. Now have him put one foot on a surface that's a half inch higher (a few magazines) and repeat. This time his arm will cave like the French. By misaligning his hips, you've offset his spine, says Rachel Cosgrove, C.S.C.S., co-owner of Results Fitness, in Santa Clarita , California . Your brain senses that the spine is vulnerable, so it shuts down the body's ability to resist.
17. Breathe underwater!
If you're dying to retrieve that quarter from the bottom of the pool, take several short breaths first -- essentially, hyperventilate. When you're underwater, it's not a lack of oxygen that makes you desperate for a breath; it's the buildup of carbon dioxide, which makes your blood acidic, which signals your brain that somethin' ain't right. "When you hyperventilate, the influx of oxygen lowers blood acidity," says Jonathan Armbruster, Ph.D., an associate professor of biology at Auburn University . "This tricks your brain into thinking it has more oxygen." It'll buy you up to 10 seconds.
18. Read minds!
Your own! "If you're giving a speech the next day, review it before falling asleep," says Candi Heimgartner, an instructor of biological sciences at the University of Idaho . Since most memory consolidation happens during sleep, anything you read right before bed is more likely to be encoded as long-term memory.

The Mayonnaise Jar And Coffee
THE MAYONNAISE JAR AND COFFEE
Message: When things in your life seem almost
too much to
handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough,
remember the mayonnaise jar...and the coffee...
A professor stood before his philosophy class
and had some items in front of him. When the
class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very
large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded
to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students
if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles
and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar
lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas
between the golf balls. He then asked the students
again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and
poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He
asked once more if the jar was full. The students
responded with a unanimous "yes."
The professor then produced two cups of coffee
from under the table and poured the entire
contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty
space between the sand. The students laughed.
"Now," said the professor, as the laughter
subsided, " I want you to recognize that this jar
represents your life. The golf balls are the
important things-your family, your children, your
health, your friends,
and your favorite passions-things that if everything
else was lost and only they remained, your life
would still be full. The pebbles are the other things
that matter like your job, your house, and your car.
The
sand s everything else-the small stuff.
"If you put the sand into the jar first," he
continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the
golf balls. The same goes for life. If you
spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
you will never have room for the things that are
important to you. Pay attention to the things that
are critical to your happiness. Play with your
children.
Take time to get medical checkups. Take your
partner out to dinner. Play another 18. There will
always be time to clean the house and fix the
disposal. Take care of the golf balls first, the
things that really matter. Set your priorities. The
rest is just sand."
One of the students raised her hand and inquired
what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just
goes to show you that no matter how full your life
may seem, there's always room for a couple of
cups of coffee with a friend."

copied from someone's bulletin on friendster
Afew hours ago while surfing the net and lounging on friendster I run by this bulletin by someone I know, just want to share to everyone. ^^
BTW my birthday is coming up! everyone invited!!! ^^
I'll sing it one last time for you
Then we really have to go
You've been the only thing that's right
In all I've done
And I can barely look at you
But every single time I do
I know we'll make it anywhere
Away from here
Light up....
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I'll be right beside you dear
Louder....
And we'll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can't raise your voice to say
To think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbye
I nearly do
Slower...
We don't have time for that
All I want is to find an easier way
To get out of our little heads
Have heart my dear
We're bound to be afraid
Even if it's just for a few days
Making up for all this mess

quoted quotes
First of all it's been a VERY LONG time again since I last posted here. But now I've returned, here will be my new post! enjoy!
A big jar full of water gets emptied by just a small hole, even a little anger and pride will drain all the nobility of a good heart, stay humble.

Albert Einstein
It's just that the most important things in life are those which may
not necessarily be logical…
Enjoy!
INTERESTING CONVERSATION
An Atheist Professor of Philosophy speaks to his Class on the Problem
Science has with GOD, The ALMIGHTY.
He asks one of his New Christian Students to stand and . . .
Professor : You are a Christian, aren't you, son ?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So you Believe in GOD ?
Student : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD Good ?
Student : Sure.
Professor : Is GOD ALL - POWERFUL ?
Student : Yes.
Professor : My Brother died of Cancer even though he Prayed to GOD to
Heal him.
Most of us would attempt to Help Others who are ill.
But GOD didn't.
How is this GOD Good then ? Hmm ?
( Student is silent )
Professor : You can't answer, can you ?
Let's start again, Young Fella.
Is GOD Good ?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Is Satan good ?
Student : No.
Professor : Where does Satan come from ?
Student : From . . . GOD . . .
Professor : That's right.
Tell me son, is there evil in this World ?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Evil is everywhere, isn't it ?
And GOD did make Everything. Correct ?
Student : Yes.
Professor : So who created evil ?
( Student does not answer )
Professor : Is there Sickness ? Immorality ? Hatred ? Ugliness ?
All these terrible things exist in the World, don't
they ?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, who Created them ?
( Student has no answer )
Professor : Science says you have 5 Senses you use to Identify and
Observe the World around you.
Tell me, son . . . Have you ever Seen GOD ?
Student : No, sir.
Professor : Tell us if you have ever Heard your GOD ?
Student : No , sir.
Professor : Have you ever Felt your GOD, Tasted your GOD, Smelt your GOD ?
Have you ever had any Sensory Perception of GOD for
that matter ?
Student : No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Professor : Yet you still Believe in HIM ?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol,
Science says your GOD doesn't exist.
What do you say to that, son ?
Student : Nothing. I only have my Faith.
Professor : Yes. Faith. And that is the Problem Science has.
Student : Professor, is there such a thing as Heat ?
Professor : Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as Cold ?
Professor : Yes.
Student : No sir. There isn't.
( The Lecture Theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events )
Student : Sir, you can have Lots of Heat, even More Heat,
Superheat, Mega Heat, White Heat,
a Little Heat or No Heat.
But we don't have anything called Cold.
We can hit 458 Degrees below Zero which is No Heat,
but we can't go any further after that.
There is no such thing as Cold.
Cold is only a Word we use to describe the Absence
of Heat.
We cannot Measure Cold.
Heat is Energy.
Cold is Not the Opposite of Heat, sir, just the
Absence of it.
( There is Pin - Drop Silence in the Lecture Theatre )
Student : What about Darkness, Professor ? Is there such a thing as
Darkness ?
Professor : Yes. What is Night if there isn't Darkness ?
Student : You're wrong again, sir.
Darkness is the Absence of Something.
You can have Low Light, Normal Light , Bright
Light, Flashing Light . . .
But if you have No Light Constantly, you have
Nothing and it's called Darkness, isn't it ?
In reality, Darkness isn't.
If it is, were you would be able to make Darkness
Darker, wouldn't you ?
Professor : So what is the point you are making, Young Man ?
Student : Sir, my point is your Philosophical Premise is Flawed.
Professor : Flawed ? Can you explain how ?
Student : Sir, you are working on the Premise of Duality.
You argue there is Life and then there is Death, a
Good GOD and a Bad GOD.
You are viewing the Concept of GOD as something
finite, something we can measure.
Sir, Science can't even explain a Thought.
It uses Electricity and Magnetism, but has never
seen, much less fully understood either one.
To view Death as the Opposite of Life is to be
ignorant of the fact that
Death cannot exist as a Substantive Thing.
Death is Not the Opposite of Life : just the Absence
of it.
Now tell me, Professor, do you Teach your Students
that they Evolved from a Monkey ?
Professor : If you are referring to the Natural Evolutionary Process,
yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed Evolution with your own eyes, sir ?
( The Professor shakes his head with a Smile, beginning to realize
where the Argument is going )
Student : Since no one has ever observed the Process of Evolution
at work and
cannot even prove that this Process is an On - Going
Endeavor,
are you not Teaching your Opinion, sir ?
Are you not a Scientist but a Preacher ?
( The Class is in Uproar )
Student : Is there anyone in the Class who has ever Seen the
Professor's Brain?
(The Class breaks out into Laughter )
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever Heard the Professor's
Brain, Felt it, Touched or Smelt it ? . . .
No one appears to have done so.
So, according to the Established Rules of Empirical,
Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that
you have No Brain, sir.
With all due respect, sir, how do we then Trust your
Lectures, sir?
(The Room is Silent. The Professor stares at the Student, his face
unfathomable)
Professor: I guess you'll have to take them on Faith, son.
Student : That is it sir . . .
the Link between Man & GOD is FAITH.
That is all that Keeps Things Moving & Alive.
NB:
I believe you have enjoyed the Conversation . . . and if so . . .
you'll probably want your Friends / Colleagues to enjoy the same . . .
won't you? . . .
Forward them to Increase their Knowledge . . . or FAITH
It turned out later that the student is Albert Einstein
"The purpose of life is a life of purpose."
not necessarily be logical…
Enjoy!

pain
I'd rather choose being hurt with the truth than making me believe with all the lies.
Leave me rather than be with me but your heart belongs to someone else.
Break up with me rather than use me and be just your option.
Give up on me rather than staying in the relationship when I know I was the only one fighting.
Let me go rather than hearing painful words from you.
Yes it hurts but I rather be alone than be with someone who takes me for granted.

ball game
it's been a long time since I last posted here again. Just wanna share a message told to me by a very good friend of mine. I just added sumthin up at the end.
In a relationship there are lots ofreasons of a breakup, it doesn't always mean an end,
just like in basketball you call for a time out to plan for things to be better...
cause no mater what, you shouldn't let your opponents beat you, till the last minute you have to keep struggling for the win.
That's the way we should be playin love, not wastin time, lettin others defeat us, wearin different jerseys, joinin different teams, but stil aint got no luck to win.
Just like MJ said, It aint over til it's over.
